Overall, the experience was okay. John was a great representative and helped me with whatever I needed. The only issue I had, was I ordered jerseys with a 2 color logo, that logo happened to be black and white, so on the black jerseys and the white jerseys, the logo was only 1 color. I paid for 2 color logos on all my jerseys, though, which I was unhappy with. I originally received a quote for a 2 color logo that stated a specific price, once they gave me the invoice, though, they changed the price saying the original quote was for a 1 color logo, when it clearly stated 2 color logo on the quote. I decided to keep with it since it was still somewhat inexpensive. Then come to find out we still received many jerseys that were 1 color logo instead of 2 color logo, while paying the 2 color logo price.

I have worked with Travis and YBA for many years. The shirts always look fantastic and are good prices, but even more importantly to me the customer support has been fantastic. From their persistent Marketing Representative all the way to Jeff their Sales Executive, the process was great and the outcome was even greater. Travis and Nate have been great to work with, as they have brought samples to me and explained the differences between different samples. YBA Shirts has been very easy to work with. Their designs are very nice and professional. The order came earlier than expected. I purchased reversible Blue and white jerseys for Flag football and soccer. The only thing I wish the product had was an easier placement of the size tag. When you order hundreds of this jersey and you are constantly trying to find out what the size of the shirt is giving it to participants it takes a lot of extra time to look for sizing. The tag is tucked inside at the bottom between the two colored shirts. It's tough to get to. Other than that the YBA Shirts has been great to work with and quick on getting product to us. Thank you!

Our sales representative Matt Odle was amazing. We have ordered uniforms from several other companies in the past and have had tons of issues. Our uniforms arrived on time and were all correct. We added some boys after the original order and Matt expedited the additional uniforms that we needed so that by the second game the new boys had their uniforms. He was extremely prompt getting back to me with answers to any questions and was so helpful with the design work that we were looking for. The quality of the uniforms were great, we will definitely be using this company next season for our uniform needs.

Nate was very helpful with getting my organizations jersey order taking care of. Kept me up to date with the entire process and very understanding. We did have a little mishap with some shorts but after speaking with Nate we were able to get the situation rectified. Overall my organization is pleased with the product we purchased.

We have ordered thousands upon thousands of jerseys/shirts from them over the past few years for our league in Arizona. Our last order in spring was a huge mess. The ink cracked and started to fall off the shirts after the first wash. We alerted YBA about the issue and all they told us to do was to ship any shirts back to them that hadn't been already handed out and that they would bake them again. Since most of the shirts had already been handed out, that wasn't a resolution for us. Plus, the ones we didn't hand out were already mixed in with our storage supply. When I asked them what they were going to do about the massive number of shirts already being used for the season, they offered nothing - no refund, no partial refund, no replacements...nothing. We had to replace shirts with ones we had from previous seasons at a cost to us. I continued to get calls from them over the next few months asking us to place our next order with them. I told them, "You still haven't done anything for us about the huge mess in spring. We did not get what we paid for. Why would we order from you again?". Their response, again, was "we asked you to send back the unused ones so we could bake them again". That has always been their response which makes zero sense for their mess. Our experience up until that point was positive, but that experience has caused us to go with other vendors which we are very happy with.
