Return and Exchange Policy

***You MUST contact us by calling 1.800.505.8110 before returning or exchanging any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination. RETURN POLICY - If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a replacement. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 15 days if you intend to return ANY items. Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. EXCHANGE POLICY - You can return unworn, unused items within 15 days of ship date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. We will bill you separately for shipping of the exchanged item(s). For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
